Summer Reading Kickoff & Book Giveaway

The Rays of Hope Summer Reading Kickoff & Book Giveaway is a community event designed to inspire a love of reading, learning, and personal growth among local youth. Volunteers will help create a fun, welcoming, and energetic environment for children and families through book distribution, activity support, games, music, and community engagement.

This event is about more than giving away books , it is about encouraging confidence, imagination, literacy, and hope while helping strengthen the community one child at a time. Youth volunteers will play an important role in leading with positivity, teamwork, leadership, and service throughout the day.
