Community Service - Freehold Boro Juneteenth Celebration

Juneteenth is an important day of reflection and celebration that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and honors the resilience, culture, and contributions of Black Americans. It is a time for communities to come together to recognize history, celebrate freedom, and continue the work of building a more just and inclusive society.

To support this meaningful celebration, we will be volunteering at the Freehold Boro Juneteenth Celebration by assisting with event setup, including preparing vendor tables and helping organizers get the space ready for the community. Volunteers will work from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. The celebration itself runs from 12:00 PM–5:00 PM, and members are welcome to stay and enjoy the festivities with parental permission.
